DOORKEEPERS:
Hasten Together, Inc., started a small food ministry, in 1989, to deliver food to the housing projects. During the 1992 riots in Los Angeles, our ministry grew quickly, as we assisted local ministries and churches in establishing compassionate programs to serve their own communities.
Our networking ministry became the DOORKEEPERS after the riots, standing in the breach, in prayer, reaching out to the community, teaching and preaching at weekly outreaches in parks, parking lots, churches, and streets.
Sabas Business Services Inc., donated their resources and expertise to network with pastors and churches in Koreatown, Los Angeles, South Central, East Los Angeles . For several years, Hasten Together;'s food ministry fed 30,000 people yearly networking with all nationalities and denominations. .
PBS Self-Storage in Koreatown was our "Doorkeeper" outsourcing location. We volunteered our trucks and employees to pick-up and delivery resources to our in-need and displaced families. Our self-storage facilities collected and warehoused donations, gkving out food weekly in our parking lot. We assisted other churches and missions, and hosting community outreaches, giving out toys, books and bibles, clothing and bags of food during the major Holidays.
On 5/11/2001, Hasten Together started our first Cybernet Prayer and Fellowship group. Our groups quickly multiplied after the World Trade disaster on 9/11/2001. Other Doorkeepers joined us on the inter-net and we presently have are hosting eighty-prayer groups on AOL.
Our internet ministry has been joined by other Doorkeepers . Many pastors, teachers, prophets, evangelists, and apostles teach regularly, at no charge.
